  • Managing brand properties like Logo, colour scheme, tagline, domains etc., including coordination with legal department for timely renewal, filing protective objections in case of infringement etc.

Driving the Sales Budget for the state through strong team of Channel Partners and collect dues by Planning & Execution
  • Increasing the current reagent base business in each town through implementing the marketing strategies of these products in coordination with marketing team.
  • Developing and maintaining the customer relationship with the Key customers, understanding and resolving the product related issues if any through proper coordination with the customer support team.
  • Prepare competitor analysis at a regular interval to identify the need for adopting / tweaking our sales strategies according to the market dynamics
  • Regular field work meeting channel partners & key customers.

  • Coordinate with the field team to support and facilitate them to achieve sales budget.
  • Building strategies to improve our market share based on thorough knowledge about competition
  • Periodically review bonus offer schemes floated by the competitors and formulate schemes in retaliation to protect and grow our business
